TL;DR: KLOW is a single lyophilized vial that combines four peptides — GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500, and KPV. Each is studied in its own tissue-repair or recovery research model, and KLOW packages them together as a combined blend. Everything below describes laboratory research; KLOW is supplied for research use only, not for human consumption.

What Is KLOW?

KLOW is a multi-peptide research blend. Rather than a single compound, one KLOW vial contains four different peptides that are each investigated in repair and recovery models. The appeal for a research setting is combination: one vial, one reconstitution, four peptides studied together. As with every component, KLOW is supplied strictly as a research material.

The Four Components

Each peptide in KLOW brings a distinct research literature. The blend's rationale is that these literatures are complementary — they concern different parts of the tissue-repair picture.

PeptideClassPrimary research context
GHK-CuCopper tripeptideCollagen / ECM remodeling
BPC-157Synthetic peptideTissue-repair models
TB-500Thymosin β4 fragmentActin regulation & cell migration
KPVα-MSH C-terminal tripeptideInflammation models

GHK-Cu

The copper tripeptide, studied for its role in collagen and extracellular-matrix remodeling. See our GHK-Cu research guide for detail.

BPC-157

A synthetic peptide studied extensively in tissue-repair models. See What Is BPC-157? for background.

TB-500

A fragment of the protein thymosin β4, studied in the context of actin regulation and cell migration. See What Is TB-500? for background.

KPV

The C-terminal tripeptide of α-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (α-MSH), studied in inflammation models.

Why a Combined Blend Is Studied

KLOW exists because its four peptides are investigated in complementary repair and recovery models — ECM remodeling, tissue repair, cell migration, and inflammation are different facets of the same broad process. Combining them in one research vial lets a lab study the set together instead of preparing four separate reconstitutions. Whether the combination behaves additively is itself an open research question, which is part of why blends like KLOW are of interest.

Reconstituting a Multi-Peptide Vial

A blend is reconstituted exactly like a single peptide, with one difference to keep in mind: one diluent volume sets the concentration for all four peptides at once. Add bacteriostatic water slowly down the vial wall, swirl gently until the solution is clear, and refrigerate at 2–8°C. Because GHK-Cu is present, expect a faint blue tint from the copper. The general method is in our reconstitution guide.

Sourcing KLOW in Canada

Helix North supplies KLOW domestically within Canada as a research reagent. See the KLOW Canada page for background and KLOW 80 mg for the product listing. Researchers focused on individual components may also look at KPV 10 mg and the BPC-157 / KPV capsules. Each ships with batch-specific HPLC purity verification.

For Research Use Only

All discussion above describes in-vitro and animal-model laboratory research. Helix North supplies KLOW and its component peptides for research applications only — not for human or animal consumption.
