All products sold by Helix North are intended strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, nor for any diagnostic or therapeutic purpose. Products are not drugs and have not been approved by Health Canada or any other regulatory agency for medical use.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However, Helix North does not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on this website are error-free, complete, or current.
All products are sold "as is." We make no representations or warranties regarding the suitability of any product for any particular research application. It is the purchaser's responsibility to determine whether a product is appropriate for their intended research use.
We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information, and to cancel orders that contain incorrect pricing, even after an order has been submitted.
All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). A flat shipping rate of $30 CAD applies to all orders within Canada.
We accept payment via cryptocurrency (Bitcoin) and Interac e-Transfer. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to involve misuse of our products.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is not considered accepted until we have processed and shipped it. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance.
We currently ship within Canada only. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost, with delivery in 2-5 business days depending on your location. All orders include tracking information sent via email.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Helix North is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or events beyond our control. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we have a limited return policy. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for products damaged during shipping or with manufacturer defects. Opened products cannot be returned. For complete details, see our Return Policy.
