This vial holds BPC-157 and TB-500 together at a 1:1 ratio, freeze-dried in the same vial rather than sold separately.
They're paired because they're studied through two different tissue-repair routes — BPC-157 around blood-vessel and growth-factor signalling, TB-500 around a cell protein called actin. Researchers looking at both usually want them in one place.
