We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada.

Shipping Rates

We charge a flat shipping rate of $30 CAD on all orders, regardless of order size. This rate covers tracked Canada Post Xpresspost shipping to any address within Canada.

We currently ship within Canada only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

All orders are shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost, with delivery in 2-5 business days depending on your location within Canada. These are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier volumes, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Packaging & Discretion

All orders are packaged to protect vials from breakage during handling and to ensure discreet delivery with no product branding on the exterior. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of standard Xpresspost transit.

All packages are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes for your privacy.

Order Tracking

Every order is shipped with a tracking number. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking details. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost in transit or is significantly delayed:

Check the tracking information for the latest status update from the carrier.
Allow up to 10 business days from the shipping date before reporting a lost package, as carriers may experience delays.
Contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will reship your order at no additional cost.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to residential and commercial addresses only. PO Boxes may experience longer delivery times.
We do not ship to international addresses at this time.
We reserve the right to refuse shipments to addresses that cannot be verified.
