Helix North will accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date under the following conditions:
Due to the fragile and sensitive nature of peptide products, we generally cannot accept returns on opened items. However, we will review reasonable cases on an individual basis and work with you to find a fair resolution.
To start a return, follow these steps:
Receive RMA
We will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
Ship It Back
Ship the product back with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.
Do not ship returns without first receiving an RMA number. Returns sent without authorization may not be processed.
Once we receive your returned product and verify the condition, we will process your refund. Please note:
If your order arrives damaged:
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to locate it. If the carrier deems the package lost, we will reship your order at no cost.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
